Electronic Document Delivery Service

Tired of mail delays and mountains of paper?

Sign up for Freestar Bank’s E-Statements Service and have your monthly account statements and other documents accessible online all automatically and free of charge!

The Freestar E-Statements Service allows access to an electronic version of paper-based bank account statements and other documents for the prior 13 months through the Freestar Online Banking web site. We will notify you through e-mail when your statement is ready for viewing. Then, simply click on the link in your e-mail message, or visit www.freestarbank.com, to access the password-protected sign on screen to Freestar Online Banking, select the account and then the “Documents” button to access your monthly account statements. (This service requires a Freestar Online Banking account).

How do I sign up? Over the Internet, in person or by phone.

Internet:

• Select the “E-Statements Enrollment Form” button above
• Complete the information on the form
• Agree to the online disclosure and submit the form

In person or by phone:

• Visit or call any one of our locations and speak with your Relationship Manager
• Complete and return the enrollment form provided you (in person or via mail)
